General Terms - GreyStone - augustus 2009.

1. Payment

The prices mentioned on www.grey-stone.nl are included with dutch VAT and are mentioned in EURO's. The costs for shipping will becharged separatly. Payments by, or in behalf of the buyer can be done either by wire transfer or by cash payment.

2. Shipment

The costs of shipping will be charged by GreyStone. The cost of shipping should be wired together with the costs of the article unless the order will be picked up. If buyer prefers a special shipment he/she should mention this either by e-mail or phone. The extra costs for this special shipment will be charged by GreyStone.

3. Delivery

The time for delivery starts from the day that the payment (price article, including VAT and costs of shipment) is completly received on our bank account ??.??.??.??? in the name of GeyStone or is paid by cash. Delivery will take place by mail offered to TNT-Post (unless agreed otherwise). GreyStone will ship the product(s) within 7 working days. If delivery within this time is for special reasons not possible GreyStone can increase the delivery time with anoter 7 working days. GreyStone will inform buyer of this delay either by e-mail or telephone at least within 5 working days after receiving the complete payment.

4. Return Policy

If the delivered goods are not to your satisfaction, you are able to return the goods to GreyStone. You must inform GreyStone about this return shipment at least within 5 working days after shipment of the goods (from GreyStone to receiver) either by e-mail or telephone. You should mention the reason of returning, your name and address, your telephone number as well as your bank account number. If GreyStone receive back the goods unused and undamaged within 7 working days after shipment of the goods (from GreyStone to receiver), GreyStone will credit the payment (price goods including VAT but excluding costs for shipment). The costs of shipment for returning the goods should be paid by buyer. GreyStone will have the right to refuse return shipments if the above mentioned rules are not fulfilled.

5. Resposibility

GreyStone can not held be responsible for any damage or losses of goods by TNT-Post.

6. Privacy

Your personal data is needed by GreyStone to ship the goods to the right addres, to get in touch with you about the ordered goods or to credit your payments if necessary. Your data will be treated confidentially and will never be used for other purposes or be forwarded to others.

7. Mistakes

GreyStone is not responsible for mistakes on the internet site www.grey-stone.nl. No right can derived to inaccurate information about price or other information.

These gneral terms apply to all orders at- and products of GreyStone. All agreements with GreyStone will be applicable to the duth law.
